Shipping policy

At Sweet Heaven, we aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and carefully as possible.

Every order is packed with care to ensure your sweets arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 working days unless otherwise stated.

Please note processing times may increase during:

  • Product launches
  • Sales or promotions
  • Seasonal periods
  • Holidays
  • Viral order spikes

Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

UK Shipping

We currently offer the following UK shipping services:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the selected service.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once dispatched:

  • Tracked 48: usually 2–3 working days
  • Tracked 24: usually 1–2 working days

Please note these are courier estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Shipping Delays

Sweet Heaven is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Postal strikes
  • Severe weather
  • Customs delays
  • Incorrect delivery information entered at checkout

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to amend or recover the parcel.

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect information or failed delivery attempts, additional postage charges may apply before redelivery.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us at: orders@sweetheaven.uk

We may ask customers to wait a short period before claims can be raised with the courier.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to selected locations.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs charges
  • Import duties
  • Local taxes
  • Any fees applied by their country

Delivery times for international orders will vary depending on destination and customs processing.
